Summer Events at FMC

All kidLIFE moms are invited to enjoy muffins and coffee in the kidLIFE worship area prior to each service as we celebrate Mother's Day.

Grades 1 - 5 will enjoy a luau themed morning during worship services as we kick off the summer season with fun activities.

Get ready for a summer full of discovery, creativity, and fun! Simply for Kids: God’s Amazing Science Adventures invites children ages 18 months through 9 years to explore God’s world through hands-on activities, interactive learning, and exciting science-themed experiences. The program meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout June (June 2–25) from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Each day will include time in classrooms, the gym, and the playground, creating a well-rounded and engaging environment for every child. Program dates:

June 2 & 4
June 9 & 11
June 16 & 18
June 23 & 25

The cost is $310 per child, which includes a program T-shirt. Please note that extended care is not available during the summer session.

Rise Up Summer Camp will take place at Lakeview Methodist Center in Palestine, Texas for students entering 3rd grade through graduating seniors.

Students will experience worship, teaching, friendship, and fun activities. The cost is $425 with a $25 deposit due at registration.

Registration deadline is May 4. Scholarship opportunities are available.

Join us for an evening of water games and summer fun from 6:00 - 8:30 PM for nursery through 5th grade in the Nursery and Front Pavilion area.

Parents will need to sign a waiver if they are not staying. Volunteers are welcome to help with this event.

Join us for Vacation Bible School as we discover Paul and the Underground Church. Children in grades Pre-K through 5th will experience an interactive Roman Marketplace with the sights and sounds of first century Rome.
