"Art has long been a way the church has tapped into the divine."
We begin Summer of Prayer with an invitation to Prayer Through Art. Pray quietly, hear a brief lesson about prayer, respond creatively by choosing from the art mediums provided. We will meet in the Chapel on Wednesday June 10th , June 17th, and June 24th from 1pm-3pm.
Many have discovered that Prayer Through Art strengthens their prayer life because it involves their intellect as they think through their prayer, their hands as they create, and their spirit as the Lord guides their time of prayer. This class is a time to encourage and deepen your prayer life as you pray and create with the Creator. It is for creatives and non-creatives.
