GENEROSITY FUELS
THE MISSION

Generosity is our response to the grace of God which we have experienced.

The mission of the church is to make disciples of Jesus Christ and spread scriptural holiness around the world. Your generosity fuels the ministries of the church to reach those who do not yet know Christ as their Savior and to lead others to grow in their discipleship.

FOR US, NOT FROM US

Generosity is an essential part of following Jesus, allowing Him to work both in us and through us.

We are building a culture of generosity based on our shared values that our resources are for us and not from us, that we are united in generosity, that we are generous in our faith, and our generosity creates a different kind of impact that is Kingdom-centered.

Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. 2 Corinthians 9:6-8

UNITY IN GENEROSITY

Through our generosity, we are committed to living out our Kingdom values together as a community of faith to serve others.

All the believers were together and had everything in common. They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need. Acts 2:44-45

GENEROUS FAITH

Generosity is an act of faith. Faith requires action. We live lives of generosity because we believe in the promises of God and the mission God calls us to.

Test me in this... and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing. Malachi 3:10

A DIFFERENT KIND OF IMPACT

We live a life surrendered to the Kingdom of God. Generosity is a witness to the Kingdom and provides a means of grace to share the Kingdom with others in our mission field.

Command them to do good, to be rich in good deeds, and to be generous and willing to share. In this way they will lay up treasure for themselves as a firm foundation for the coming age. 1 Timothy 6:18-19

Still Have Questions?

Why is generosity important for the church?

Generosity is about trusting God with the gifts He’s given us and using them to further His mission. An important part of generosity is making a financial commitment which makes it possible to support the ministry programs of the church, facilitate our outreach and carry out the daily work of spreading God’s Word.

Why should I make an annual pledge?

We are so grateful for your ongoing generosity and commitment to our church community. Even if you are already giving or have already set up an automatic giving schedule, we invite you to share your intent to give by making a pledge. This step helps us thoughtfully plan for ministry needs and continue offering programs and events that nurture our congregation and serve the wider community. An automatic giving schedule provides you with the greatest amount of flexibility in your planning.

Can I give stocks, bonds, or assets?

Gifts of long-term securities generally result in several federal tax benefits. Contact for more information.

What is a tithe?

A tithe—which just means “tenth”—is defined as the first 10% of a person’s income before taxes or anything else comes out. The Bible says we are to give the best and first of what the Lord has provided. While we believe in the biblical tithe of 10% given back to God, generosity can begin with any amount.

Does our annual commitment only focus on financial giving?

Not at all. Our annual giving is about the holistic act of surrendering everything we have to God. While financial giving is part of it, our annual commitment also involves embracing who God made us to be and offering our time and talents to do His work on earth.

How does my giving leave a legacy?

Your contributions support ministries and programs that impact future generations, spread God’s Word and meet tangible needs in our church and beyond. Your investment makes an eternal impact for God’s Kingdom.
